By accessing or using app-column's services, APIs, or platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
app-column provides API-first banking infrastructure and developer tools that enable businesses to build and embed financial products. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access to your account.
All fees for the Service are due in accordance with the pricing plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. We may update pricing with 30 days' written notice.
All software, APIs, documentation, and content provided by app-column remain our exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely as permitted under these Terms.
You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, facilitate money laundering or fraud, transmit malicious code, or reverse-engineer our APIs. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy at app-column.io/privacy. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, app-column's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and outstanding fees become immediately due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
